Design of Special Machine for Deep Drawn Bed-Liner

In 2023, Machinecraft commissioned a special machine for client in India to produce pickup truck bedliner using HDPE material. The machine is special design - it is an open chamber type machine - meaning the sheet is allowed to sag freely under gravity but there is a unique system! The bottom heater moves up/down as per the sheet sag so that there is uniform continuous heating! The machine also came with automatic sheet loader and had a max. forming area of 3,500 mm x 2,500 mm and max. draw depth of 1050 mm
